Total Wrapture Medi Spa has been part of Winnipeg’s beauty industry since 2003, initially offering manicure and pedicure services. Since then, they have become a multi-award-winning medical spa specializing in advanced skin and laser treatments.
During the COVID-19 shutdowns of personal services, Total Wrapture pivoted from educating clients about skin care services and products in person to utilizing digital marketing and online platforms to connect with their community.
The business connected with clients virtually by increasing their online presence through live webinars, online events, blog posts, and widening their range of products in their e-commerce store.
Connecting with their clientele through digital avenues became a staple in their marketing plan, even after the waves of the pandemic seized. Their website needed a re-design as it became an educational hub.
I designed and implemented a user-friendly website layout that allows clients to easily navigate through web pages and find information specific to their skin concerns.
In addition to website design and management, I provide marketing support through email and print asset design.
